The mission of Arts Unity Movement is to catalyze the individual to his or her greatest potential in wellness through the power of the healing, expressive, and performing arts. We engage people in mindfulness approaches that ignite individual awareness and generate unity and change.
AUM has been dedicated to effective approaches in healing, self-expression, mindfulness, and stress reduction since 1998. AUM evolved as a group of board certified, licensed holistic practitioners, expressive arts therapists, and life coaches invested in offering wellness through the arts to the broader community.
Our vision continues today with a variety of offerings at the AUM Center, as well as our outreach programs and customized Dynamic Alignment/Resilience Advantage Training™ Packages for people in the workplace.
